Jamie Sotonoff Daily Herald Staff Writer The Palatine Police Department's first-ever police dog, a German Shepherd named "Crow," has begun his job training. Police officer Pat Johnson, who will be the dog's handler, started daily training with Crow at the TOPS Kennel in Grayslake April 9.
